Account compromised & in need of actual help

I know that Discord's support are bots but I had to submit not one but two requests. They're for the same thing and am just upset. I'm upset over how lax their support is. I did get a response on one of them but as for the other, I doubt it. All I can do now is wait and see because it's all I can do. Trying to reach Facebook doesn't work. Trying to reach Twitter doesn't work either, given their bots and the like.

And yes, I've sent two support tickets. Just two.

I'm only hoping that they can respond, help me and make sure I can be able to regain my account. I plan to deactivate it because I just can't.

    Did you try turning on 2-step factor and then replacing your current password with a just as strong one? That's what I did when I had to deal with a hacker (sadly a week later is when I got banned for that).

    By then, I was too late. I lost my account. The account is still out there. And get this… I sent a ticket and they just solved it. Without rhyme or reason. I mean… what the hell? Why couldn't they take the time to answer.

    If so, report mail address that was used to hack to domain owner and FCI
