No support? 2 weeks with no response.

My account was disabled for being underage, and I have had a ticket open for two weeks with no response. I opened a new ticket and it was near instantly marked as solved, but my account remained disabled.

 

After looking at my e-mail, I received a bunch of emails at one point (after the initial suspension) that I was suspended for being underage. I don't get it? Why was I sent these emails? Also, why is everything taking so long? 2 weeks with no response is ridiculous, at this rate my account of many years, along with all my memories and friends on it, will be gone, for no reason. 

I contacted discord support via tickets, direct email, and twitter. What else can I do? Is anyone actually getting help?

    Reading the comments here it feels like no :( it makes me really sad so many people are affected by the same thing.

    If discord can't deal with the tickets created by these disable checks they shouldn't be doing it, maybe to them its just an account they don't care about but to me and I'm sure many others its how I reach friends and support networks.

    The exact same thing is happening to me. It is absolutely unacceptable that our accounts are at risk of being deleted because discord support is too dysfunctional. Especially considering the fact that our accounts were disabled unjustly.
