Account permanently suspended for being too young, while I did the age appeal properly.

So a friend of mine reported my account for being too young and it got disabled. So I do the age appeal. When first trying to login it just said “your account has been disabled”. Well I checked again today and now I got redirected to the following page. 

 

I created an appeal ticket, but now it just says “solved” without any reaction on it and nothing changing to my account. 

What should I do?

    I suppose comment on your ticket saying it was falsely flagged as solved to have it open again? That's all I can say as your first step.
