Discord Disabled my account without an email stating why

On January 30 my discord account was disabled without an email telling me why, I have contacted support about it and have not gotten a reply from even clyde after 4 days, I really dont want to have my account deleted as I have friends that have requests off so it will be impossible to contact them from a new account. Is there any way to fix this?

    Same thing happened to me. My account was disabled January 6th. Support will just ignore and close the ticket. I would recommend filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, it seems they will actually respond there, but I think it's too late for me.

    From my experienced. Your account probably get flag from CSAM or something that they considered against the TOS, same happened to mine, got hacked and they use my account for Illegal stuff and got myself a nice Disabled noticed. Discord support ignored and they marked my ticket as solved, only bot told me I violate their TOS and they won't reinstate my account, Even I literally give them my ID and my Full name(What criminal will gave them evidence like this if they actually commit? Think!). It's almost 1 month now, mine probably gonna get perma delete soon.

    Yeah you're SOL and if there's no reason then it's CSAM.

    Dope is correct, if they didn't stated the reason, 100% CSAM, can be nothing else. I hope to the core that Discord do something about this. And stop ignoring people ticket.
