How does the process for getting your account undisabled usually go?

Why My Full Name

I sent 3 tickets because I screwed up the first two, but I got 0 responses, not even from a bot, for any of them. I know the process is painfully slow but shouldn't I at least get an instant bot response? I'm not even sure my last ticket went through because I didn't get any kind of pop up to say it did like I did for the first 2. I'm kinda worried I got flagged for spam or something.
