Discord Compensation
So i know a lot of people have been posting in the feedback areas about having their accounts being falsly disabled over the past 3 months.
I'm bringing up this question that i know quite a few people are thinking about right now, should discord compensate the people who have had their accounts falsly disabled over these past few months.
We've had these accounts for several years and have yet to do stupid enough shit to get our accounts disabled or even reported (Depending on circumstances of reasons).
I honestly want compensation because of the fact that i got disabled and was not told the actual reason till it was to late to do anything that witch was age updating my account that i had also made well over the age limit during the time.
Discord support takes way to long to work and espesccially with the fact it is run mostly with bots now in the trust and safety area so even if you do apply or make a ticket for appeals the discord bot is not going to listen to you and just simply tell you the fixture of what you broke and not the reason as well as not even let you reinstate the account or reverse the action taken on you / appeal it.

My account was randomly disabled for no reason and when i had submited an age update 25 days into my account being disabled (5 days before being deleted) the discord bot had not even answered me even after 9 days.
i then procceded to make a ticket for a general question asking into it after my account had gotten deleted and was told that all the info related to my account and the reason it was disabled and deleted was removed as well and they could not access that data again so it was lost forever.
Whatever is going on with discord right now they need to open their eyes and look at their consumer base issues and needs, not this bullshit of to the point of being sued im honestly close to the point of wanting to switch back to the old services of team speak instead of discord but the people i play with mainly use discord so im just stuck in a rut trying to figure out whether or not i should simply ask for compensation at this point.

If you are trying to reach their support give up they wont answer you instead just force them into giving you compensation if you lose the account because they did not want to fix the problem and instead made it worse

my account was disabled for “spam/platform abuse” i do NOT bot or use any on my account and i don't spam either. I tried changing my profile picture during a voice call and got logged out of my account, i thought i got hacked but nope disabled by discord. It's been 14 days since then and they charged me nitro 4 days before that so out of the month i've only used 4 days of it. i doubt discord will answer if i try to ask for compensation since they haven't even replied to my ticket for 14 days.
