Account disabled

I have a feeling this is going to end up in a sea of account disabled posts, but I'm going to do all I can to get back into my account.

 

Around 2pm today est, my account looks like it was disabled. I have received no email stating why. The only conclusion I could come to is one of my bots accidentally sent something in my private server that Discord didn't like. I have a private server (that only I am in) and use bots that listen on certain sites and then send messages about the content of that site to my server. I came to this conclusion because my bots are now reporting that this server no longer exists.

I admit it was my mistake and obviously this was a bad and stupid idea, but I did not intentionally or knowingly break, or try to break Discord's TOS. I have already submitted an appeal request but by what I have read online, I am likely to either get a canned bot response saying they will never appeal it or hear nothing back. That is why I thought I would at least give this a shot so I may have an actual chance at justifying my appeal.

If the bots were doing some other harm I am not aware of, then I apologize. I did not feel that the bot was violating Discord's TOS.

If anyone could please help be get back into my account before my account gets deleted, I would really appreciate it. I own two servers, one with a decent member count, and have bots (not the same bots that I mentioned here as I will be deleting those), that I need to manage.

Please let me back into my account.

    It is understandable that you are seeking clarification and hope to have the opportunity to appeal the decision. Filing a complaint and reaching out for support is the right move in this situation. While the information you encounter online may raise concerns about the appeals process, it's important to stay hopeful and give geometry dash meltdown a fair chance.
