How do I know if discord moderators have been looking over my appeal?

I was wrongfully reported because someone or multiple people mass reported me because I jokingly said “I'm just a ten year old victorian boy don't hurt me!” or something like that. And my account was disabled. I had submitted two appeals because I didn't know I was able to comment on my own appeals to add info. My second appeal was definitely seen by moderators since on the checklist multiple of the questions were marked “No”, and then was set to solved. But nothing has been updated on my original appeal. I've commented multiple times on my post just to answer as many as the questions on the checklist hoping that I wouldn't need to wait even longer by having to talk to moderators about each thing. It's normal to not have gotten a response, right? I haven't gotten any updates on the ban, I don't know if I've been denied or not. I would like to know as soon as possible because I don't just have a school server I need to be active in but I also take commissions for art and I won't be able to communicate with my client's without my discord account.
