Hacked accounts
I am genuinely dissapointed… my friend got hacked and i didnt realise his acount was compromised… he asked me to download a link and stupidly enough i did… my account got stolen and the hacker even went as far as making a new account for me using the email associated.
My friend, opens up a request and 3 hours later.. he got his account back.
I am still here submitting request after request and like many of you, getting Automated responses.
I pay for Discord Nitro, i also Server Boost.. and above all else, have sensative information within my Discord…
The lack of Customer Support is Un-real and borderline UNPROFFESSIONAL…
I would imagine for the Deals you are taking up with Youtube and many other big brands… i would like to hope that not only do you look at the tickets but improve the quality of your customer support…

I agree because why do they make bots give automated messages that aren't helpful at all then the literally close your request…..

Solutions;
Being able to Edit your message's in Support. ¬
(Some people are not so good with spelling, let alone whilst Panicking they have lost X amount years of Discord History) This way Customer Support is not overwhelmed with ticket numbers…
(I have calculated them having having 90,000 new requests over 4 days) BUT also gives US as Discord Consumers to feel more Supported on a 1-1 Basis because every story is different
Secondly.. Not sure what Criteria your bots have to automatically place tickets as “Solved” but its Very Mis-leading in the sence of Paying Customers, Long-Term Users or New (Potential Customers) want to feel that the MULTI-FACTOR authentication is used correctly and should be AUTHENTICALLY Labelled.
Lastly.. Whilst i am going to be sending Request after Request until my situation is resolved.. i think i can speak out for the rest of you reading this when an account you love, spent time on.. nutured to the stage where you may have a server, Big or Small and your exploring content and making some good friends along the way… Nobody wants a Robotic Response from a Bot over something Personal.1 -
Same thing happend to me. It's been 11 days and no answer from discord. My friend also got thei discord account back after 3 hours after making an ticket. I dont understand how.

Today i noticed i could log in with my phone number.. i attempted that, SMS code was received but naturally the email to reset my password was sent to the hackers email address.. still no update

Major thing that could resolve fast all those tickets is an emergency call center like all major social app has one so why discord doesn't ? currently both my accounts are hacked and they pretend to be me to scam all my friend list and discord takes no mesure or whatsoever to disable it !

Still no update but i do notice that the request itself sometimes has a “Last activity" Time different to when i sent a message… i have no idea but still yet to be resolved

So today i saw my account that was stolen had its profile picture changed and the banner… ive made a new ticket but this is a total breach of my date, privacy and safety

Still no update, except the person who has stole my account is blocking people trying to contact them
