My support ticket is never being read

    Try emailing them! Provide as much information as you can. My account is still disabled but I emailed them and they replyed within a hour. They didnt say anything about my acount yet, but that may make them look at your ticket! If you click you account profile on this website and click “My activitys” and go to the “My requests” tab you should see the tickets you have opened!

    They ignored me for a month before deleting my account. It's been a week since my account was deleted and support STILL hasn't even given me a response. Good luck but they will likely just ignore you.

    Ive sent two requests and have provided what should be more than adequate info, and neither request is getting anywhere, emailing them is more or less a vicious loop of auto response from Clyde and radio silence. 

    First one wasnt assigned to anyone, second one was assigned to Nelly (which from what Im reading is a bot) and again, nothing. Figure you pay for nitro, there'd be some level of support, but no. I get better responses from my email provider who's halfway around the flippin world.

    I’m still awaiting my response to my email account being changed and my account hacked/ inaccessible after many support tickets I still just have had not respond
