Announcement Channels cannot be set as resources in the Server Guide

Hey Discord!

I believe that it would be helpful for managers of large servers to add Announcement Channels to the Server Resources page, to make them more accessible via the Server Guide. This may be more intuitive to inexperienced Discord users, and make the channels easily accessible to long-term users.
