Looking for good feedbacks about account support

Hello,

Since most of the recent posts are people complaining about Discord support, I'm looking for people feedback about a good experience with them. I'm quite worried they never look at my ticket so I wanted to know if litteraly everyone is in the same situation or if people get there problem solved after some few days, preferably recently ? 

How was it ? How quickly did they answered ? Were you able to communicate with a human ? Did you had to spam tickets ?

    I think many don't realize they're interacting with a bot. I got a new name on one of my tickets but that person had to be a bot with how illiterate they were.

    Nope for me, mainly bot, I have a high hope since 2017, It's still the same.
