3 weeks without any answer from support

Our discord owner has been attacked, probably by clicking on a bad link.
It's been 3 weeks we are trying to get control of our Discord server back. 
Support has not even answered our request for more than 3 weeks now.
The attacker is a scammer so our community is exposed to his scam. 
At this point I don't know what to do, Discord support is not doing anything.
