Urgent: Account Hacked, Need Assistance ASAP
Hello Discord Support,
My discord account got hacked 5 days ago and, I found that my email associated with the account had been changed without my authorization. I have already submitted a request here. Additionally, I have reason to believe that the hacker has been using my account to perform malicious activities, including attempting to hack into the accounts of my friends within the Discord community.
Attached to this message is a screenshot that clearly shows the hacker using my account to initiate unauthorized actions against my friends. This evidence underscores the severity of the situation and the urgency of the response required. I also received messages from some friends that their accounts also got hacked because of this.
I urgently request your intervention to regain control of my account, secure it from further unauthorized access, and mitigate any potential harm caused by the hacker's actions.
Given the integral role Discord plays in my social interactions and community engagement, I implore you to prioritize this matter and provide expedited assistance. I can provide the all the receipts of my discord Nito which I purchased in May 2018 until now. My account still has active nitro until May 2024. I have been using Nitro for almost 6 years and I hope Discord will take action faster for early/loyal supporters.

Man, Idk what these called, but many people including me seems to face the same issue.
You still kind of a little lucky(Not say its good tho) because my case they got to my PC as well, shame that Discord didn't do anything.
Best you can do is sending them every information as much as you can.

They stole your browser sessions/cookies and will have access to your email if it is logged in in your browser. Luckily, I managed to change my password and kick out all the active sessions before he changed it. Meanwhile, I did a system recovery and also did a full scan with Malwarebytes. He also got my Instagram, but it only took 5 minutes for Instagram support to help me regain my account although the hacker already changed the email of the account. There was an active session from Turkey which is obviously the hacker.
I don't know what else they got but I think Windows Recovery and Malwarebyte saved me. I wish Discord hired more staff for customer support if they lack of manpower, especially for Nitro users.
Now he already deleted the Discord servers I owned and some of my Discord friends also got hacked from my account. This is so depressing.

I feel ya, my account suddenly invite my friend to participated in CSAM website, while I didn't even have a control of my account at the time, sadly before I can take action, my account already Disabled.
Fun fact: The police already checked this, and found out later that It's a VPN and also it has 20K user on that VPN server, so no luck….I lost my 5 years Tech career and almost in Jail, very sad day…0 -
It has been 14 days since I submitted a request for the hacked account and still no response from the discord. I am both physically and mentally drained. I understand that I am not the only person whose account got hacked in the entire world. All I hope is a single reply from a discord support staff to my ticket with some updates even if this is going to take for 2-3 months. The hacker already changed my hacked Discord username, deleted all my friend lists and servers I created. I am really tired…

May I ask what happened afterward?? I'm facing a very similar circumstance, and I'm extremely anxious and devastated because I'm sure the hacker has set my account on the deletion queue. I have a very limited timeframe to get my account back… really sorry to you and whoever has to go through this too. It's truly a horrible feeling waiting for the support that's out of your hands.

3 months and still waiting for a reply from Discord Support. I provided my discord nitro purchased emails and all the information I can provide. Frankly, I subscribed to Nitro since it was available and this is how they service their customers. The ticket (request) is still open, and I doubt they will even look at it. I know this is my fault for clicking the stupid link but this sucks.

3 months is a long time. You're not spamming their inbox are you? Every little msg you send them sends you to the back of the line. A VERY long line.
Also they won't care about nitro emails. In fact they won't care at all about nitro users. They just need to see that you still OWN the EMAIL that was previously associated with the account.
Also if your account is not disabled you're still in a better position than most. If it gets disabled things would be much worse.0 -

I waited for more than 2 months until I sent a follow-up message which was 10 days ago. From now on, I will just wait until they reply to my request. I am already disappointed with their customer service. Just FYI, my hacked account still have an active Nitro until end of this month and I can see the hacker is enjoying using the Nitro perks lol

Just an update here.
I just got a reply from Discord Support and they helped me get back my account. It took exactly 3 months to get it back. At least they helped me get back my old account.

I'm facing the same issue, and it's on my 6th ticket that I got a response that they would elevate my ticket. The ticket is a month old, and I sent a follow up nearly 2 weeks ago. I wanted to ask what you said and what information you provided. I'm in a bit of a predicament because I accidentally made a new account with the same email. I deleted it, but now I can't get the bots to change it back so human support is my only hope.

When I was hacked they sent my original email to a dummy account. I deleted the account and sent my ticket. I assume your issue is similar. Still though a month old ticket is nothing. You're in for another month at least.

Yeah, sounds about right in terms of situation. I gave everything I could towards the ticket like user IDs, situation, dates, etc. I was really pressed by pressure after 2 weeks of waiting because on my very first ticket, I had a human response in 3 days (it did not help, I accidentally screwed up the ticket), so after that I sent a new message on the same ticket and got the “ticket elevated” response.
Funnily enough, they had the audacity to send a “how would you rate your experience” email in the same ticket.0 -
Can anyone give me some insight on my own predicament in terms of my own account being hacked? A hacker pretended to be a Discord Staff Administrator and tricked me into changing my email into what you see below. I'm trying with Support to try and see if I can get it back but no luck or useful advice. What do I do? I have 6 years down the drain if I can't recover it. At this point, I'm hoping I CAN get it back.

There are a lot of untrue recommendations and its hard to tell who is legit. If you have lost money to scam contact (zattrecoverypro1 ⓐ G mail Dot Com) they will surely help you out. Took me long to find them

I've been hacked since the beginning of June, I'd there a way to get it back? They even threatened me, to give them the card. Their original account is chaos0889, but they hacked my accoun which is the_invincible_sano_mikey_01. Chaos even blackmailed me. He threatened me by blocking my account.
