Account still falsely disabled

My account was disabled for being under 13, which is absolutely insane to me. I created a ticket, which was marked as ‘solved’ by one “Raymond Villanueva”, and yet I received no follow-up and my account is still disabled.

I gave them my face, government ID, and username all in a single image, and still they refuse to reactivate my account. This is absolutely insane. How can such a large platform have such a horrible support system. It has been 11 days since my original appeal, and 5 days since my follow-up ticket! Everyone in the forums saying ‘just wait’ has no idea what they are talking about. 

At this point I am skeptical if anyone will ever get to my ticket. How do you mark an issue as ‘solved’ and give no further information or take any action. They are either lazy or have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Positively inane actions from this ‘support' team.

    Having the same experience. Been going close to two weeks now. Seems to be a common thing now apparently. Good luck getting your account back.

    my god that's so annoying, I hope things go better for you. the support team isn't that good for a platform this big.

    maybe you submitted a request in and it was for the wrong thing, since bots can instantly solve them without taking action

    discord disabling people's accounts and then not being available immediately after is kinda crazy to me

    same for me, it's been 4 days now and they haven't even looked at my appeal. my account is 6+ years old so it would have been impossible for me to be 5 years old when i created it. i'm really hoping they don't delete my account.

    same thing just happened to me, same guy and everything. i've appealed 7 times now, and they either get auto solved by Nelly, or some random “mod” comes in and “solves” it. they need to fix their bs moderation system and fix their bs customer support system, because nothing is working.

Je peux confirmer que le compte Discord associé à cette adresse e-mail est désactivé et programmé pour être supprimé. 
C'est une cause perdu nos comptes sont perdu à jamais

    Hey man, I was someone in the exact situation as you. All I can tell you or anyone else in your situation is to keep fighting until you get a reply from a real person. In my case, continuously replying to cases marked as “solved” in 2-3 day intervals until eventually someone real responded. Make sure that your original ID picture is clear aswell, if it isn't they will continuously mark it “solved”.

    Uhhh kinda annoying tbh.. 

    Imagine you wake up and your account has been blocked with false accusations.

    I already sending my appeal 3 times..
