"I've gone ahead and unlocked your account." - Yet my account is still disabled. Anyone else experiencing this?
I am creating this post to ask if anyone else is experiencing this problem. Finally, after 12 days of waiting, I received a response from “Mollusk” on behalf of Discord Trust & Safety.
However, rather unfortunately, my account still remains disabled. I'm very confused as to why my account is still disabled even though a member of Discord's Trust & Safety team has supposedly unlocked it. Do I need to wait longer? Anyone else experience this issue?

Try emailing them back saying your account is still disabled / inaccessible…

I'm more shocked they got right back to you in a matter of a day… No response from Discord T&S for 2 days so far..

They should most likely respond after a week. I put in my school id and everything but they said im missing a few details hoepfully they respond back as i put my new id

I have already received a response to my ticket. I am waiting for them to unlock my account.

They did not get back to me in a day. It took them 12 days to respond to any of my tickets. Even after they have now responded, they seem to be playing some sort of trick on me, as my account remains disabled after being supposedly “unlocked”. Very frustrating.

did they end up giving u your account back? the same thing just happened to me, they said they unlocked my account but it literally says its still disabled
