Anyone Experiencing This Problem?

Yesterday, My account got disabled due to me joking about my age. I wrote jokingly wrote that Im 11 and 1 hr later my account got disabled. Now as a person who really cares about their discord account, I immediately checked my mails and did every step discord support wanted me to do, in order to get my account back. 24 hrs already have past and I didnt get confirmation email. 

I had a problem of billing and i contacted discord by opening a ticket, i got a confirmation email which goes like “We just want to confirm that we’ve received your message.” But this time I got no replies from them, and I dont know if they got my ticket or not. On top of that this rule of your account getting deleted after 14 days of being disabled is straight up unfair. They dont check account related problems but they instantly reply to billing tickets. I honestly dont know what can I do about this problem. “Its like a time bomb which will go out and you cant do a thing about it” Not replying to people's tickets and putting a countdown on accounts of 14 days is just straight up wild.

I know, im not the only one facing this issue. Many people like me just joked about their age and got our account instantly disabled without confirming the person. The thing which makes me angry is that i renewed my discord nitro boost on 21st Feb and got my account disabled on 23rd Feb, Spending so much money on this application and get no justice or proper care. Day 1 has passed for me and I know many of you are at your day 10 - 13th. All I can do is wish you all goodluck and pray that discord checks our tickets and act accordingly.
