Ban on the server

I was banned from the server, although I did not violate anything. I logged in through a second account and they wrote to me and showed me that I was not banned, I sent myself an invitation to the server, but after clicking the “join” button they wrote to me that I was banned from this server, although this is not the case. Can someone help me with this?

    One of our clients has also experienced this issue and contacted us.

    Please ask the server management to lift any bans on the server that start with "deletes User," as this resolved the issue for us. Unfortunately, it's possible that their phone number was stolen or something similar.

    Discord's ban system, if I understand correctly, bans email addresses, phone numbers (and possibly IP addresses) as well.
