Falsely disabled account

Hi! Im just asking here. Is there any way of getting. My account back? I have had it for years and i use it daily because i use it for art commissions. I have alot of connections on this ! 

My accoun is disabled because Discord thinks im under the age of 13, but im an adult already. 

im afraid that its almost impossible to get back into my account because people say that their tickets stay unanswered and they dont get a single update about their account. Is there anything i can do about this? Ive made a request/ticket. I send a DM on their twitter and now im here. 


EDIT: hey guys! i got my account back after 4/5 days :) im glad that they saw my ticket and that i got it back without any more issues

    I had the same issue last time that I was underage but then I appealed for it and got a response in like 6 days and Discord verified that I was 15 but yesterday I was joking about my age saying I was 12 in a server and someone reported me and now it's disabled again. I need help as well since my account is already verified and I have the proof of it as well.

    They won't reply to your ticket, I have made one 4 days ago and not a single response. They have a bot that automatically checks your ticket with AI and your appeal won't be accepted. Just move on with a new account.
