Account Disabled Regarding Chargebacks After My Account was Hacked

A month or so ago my account was hacked. I had to go through all that bs but I was able to get the account back. After that, about a little less than a week goes by and my account was disabled. Apparently, it was due to chargebacks associated with my account, which I understand because when I was hacked there were charges made on my account and promptly after I had gotten my account back I canceled said charges.

Now I'm in the situation where I'm waiting for support to look at my appeal, which from what I've seen, support never gets around to them in time.

I've used Discord for around 7 years now and it's upsetting to think that everything is going to be deleted because of lackluster support/incompetence. I've had Discord Nitro for a couple of years, friendships that are possibly going to be erased, and so much history/memories that I might not be able to ever see again.

I hope that my account doesn't get deleted and I can use it again soon
