make 1 ticket and wait, the more you make the longer it'll take. discord is also severely understaffed regarding the trust and safety team right now (probably because of how shit the working conditions are i heard). good luck because they're not even reading the tickets anymore, they just tell you “your account broke tos you aren't getting it back lol” now. happened to me and many others

Make 1 ticket only and if it gets marked as solved just keep adding stuff so it opens again, but I don't think they will give it back because discord support is sh//t, btw I am in the same situation rn.

Nelly is a bot that automatically closes tickets, it's not a real human being and you won't get your account back even if a real human replied to you. Just give up and create a new account.
