Lack of Discord Support Help

I find this quite weird and unusual that when i sent a ticket with no information that's visible i only get reply after only a week but when i send a ticket with all the information needed i don’t get a response at all? This is very outrageous. Are they just making it seem as if they’re active and doing their job but in reality they’re just replying to the ones with missing information. Real people are texting me back while underlining the stuff I'm missing with their “copy and paste” bot message they use for basically everybody in bold letters so i know its a real person. Yet when i emailed discord support stating about my account they told me to do a request, I have been doing multiple requests just trying to get someone to respond and it's very annoying people like me have to go through this situation. Also my friend got disabled and discord support isn't doing there job to get account unbanned and given to the account owners.

My Account has already been deleted as it has been 20+ days and I heard after 30 days it's getting banned. I made many tickets with the documents discord required me to send but my ticket that hasn't been looked at for more then 7 days discord hasn't respond to me at all yet sending the items they asked for. Where as my other request where i responded again with visible and clear information they didn't bother to look at all. If my discord account gets deleted I'll be very upset at your support and lack of help which is not appreciated. And in case your wondering i was on my account just typing in a server and my account got whitelisted and i got logged out of my account completely. I never told anyone my age besides people i know very closely and I'm of age to use this app. Which i don't understand how I gotten disabled and it was the same day but different time when this occurred, it also logged me out of my pc, my iPad and my phone. I just hope discord recovers my account as i have a very good amount of recollection on my account and i purchased multiple amounts of the 9.99 nitro not only for myself but for other people and servers to do giveaways.

Discord support needs to take there job very seriously. As i check the app store to see the reviews some are good and some are bad. I had to make a bad review myself since i used discord since the covid 19 pandemic and that's when i started to learn how to use this app. I know multiple people not only myself have been disabled either false or they had reasons, yet other people that got disabled and they don't provide information at all get there account upset and they get there account undisabled yet for the people still stuck in this situation like myself are still angered by the lack of help from discord support. I have to be completely honest the discord developers and staff need to wake up and actually help people get there accounts back even though they didn't do anything wrong. But for age appeals it takes over 2 weeks like c'mon. I'm very frustrated and i hope they take a very good look at this because they need to see it.
