My account was disabled and appeals haven't been replied to

Hi, so Discord said I violated Discord TOS because i made purchases not using my credit card, but I did use my credit card, and I contacted my bank, my bank sending a confirmation to Discord telling them that it the transactions were made by me and not someone else. I haven't gotten a response in over 2 weeks, my account is still disabled and all my appeals have been marked as “solved." I've contact the BBB about this too, and i'm scared my account will get deleted forever
