    I hear you. Day my account was disabled I sent them a message. Three weeks later I still don't know for sure what happened and they won't tell me or help me.

    Extremely terrible for my case, I got my account nuked by token grabber and rat malware that nuked my account by spamming CP, got me disabled and finally removed, with the police confirmation paper and government paper in their face. They still not care about it, what a ridiculous support! Lost my IRL job because of this, lost 8k USD worth of work assets!
