Account was hacked

my account was hacked a month ago and discord has not given me a response or an update for a month is there a real person i can talk to that works for discord and not a bot

    I'm In the same boat, was hacked a little over a month ago. All we can do Is wait, I've tried contacting them on all their social media and there's nothing they can do regarding these type of things, we have to wait for the trust and safety team to get back to us. All they ever say Is that they are experiencing a high volume of tickets right now but they will get back to us the second they get to our tickets.

    The wait time Is whatever at this point, but they could atleast have a bot reply to your ticket once In awhile telling you that they are getting closer. Anyways, I've gotten used to waiting at this point.

    Took me 2 months to get my account back but I got it back at least. My account was wiped but you can still get back all your past msges and stuff though. Just be hopeful the person who stole your account is not spreading some scam and getting your accoutn disabled.

    Hotaru You still filed a support ticket upon becoming aware of your respective Discord account being hacked, right? That's the same thing I did when I noticed I wasn't able to log in to my original Discord account at all. Was quadruple furious ever since that day.

     Not to wanna worry you, I got an announcement 2y ago that someone logged in on my account and i had to deny it and i switched password immediately from my email and discord. Now I has a reminder that this another user jyszinvanma#xxxx is gona have account deleted. So overalle nice that it has been inactive but my real DC is connected to same email. I dont even know how it is possible to have two nicknames under same email.

    And DC team never answered to me. On the otherhand, the hacker was inactive after pw change so problem solved for them. Hope you get faster treatment tho.

    Doppi how were you able to retrieve your past messages after the wipe? also, I own a server on my disabled account. would that get deleted too?
