MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DISABLED FOR THE REASON STATED AT "IM UNDER THE AGE OF 13"
3 days ago, on march 3rd, I recieved a mail from discord that my account has been disbled for being under aged. They asked me to create a request to retrieve my account proving that im above the age of 13. So i submitted a request by showing my drivers licence and my discord username on a sheet of paper with my face seen, they marked my request as solved but theres no response from the team and my account is still disabled. I created 2 more requests by giving them proofs that I am above the age of 13, but still these people have kept my account disabled. This is a very irritating and a WORST EXPERIENCE that I have faced from discord. This is a true ignorance towards the users by discord. Im litrally 19 years old and they disable my account saying im below the age of 13. and even if i prove them, they just mark the ticket/request as solved just for a name sake and remains the account as disabled.

try talking about it to the discord support twitter or wait a couple days, my account was also having the same issue as yours and the same day it got disabled lol..

yup still not yet, the one who read my ticket was all nelly and not even solved by a real person. probably gonna took more that 5 days but i hope i got it less than a week or something. i dont have facebook nor other socials to message. good luck with you all

Three weeks now. Wasn't for an age thing, but all I've gotten is bot/cookie cutter answers and one original line from a person saying they've read over my appeal. Good luck man, you are seriously going to need it. They really don't care about us.

i hope they do this time..ive took care my accounts for years so is the others, its giving me a little hope when i saw the feedbacks they said they got their account back less it a week/month. my day has gone worst and worser this month

Man these people have the worst support. They ban people in no time and make us wait for so long just to get our account unbanned for a silly reason that we are below the ago of 13. Discord support have got worse now. I aint gonna create a new account now. Either they gonna give me back my account if else I'm just gonna delete the discord app. I'm just fed up with this shitt services provided from discord. Gives 0 preference to the discord users.

mine neither, the one that banned them was not a real user from what i heard..its the clyde bot or some other bots that ban ASAP YET theyre not rensponsible with out tickets about appeals. But dont worry bro we still have hope, its still less than a week because i also refuse to make a new account and restart everything over again.

I sent like 4 requests. With the same topic and description. With a valid proof of I'm not under the age of 13(I showed my driving licence). Then made this feedback cus there was no response. But now I got my account back after 5 days. I kept asking them why did they mark my ticket solved without even actually solving it. That might be the reason. Keep asking them everyday in the ticket.

you solved? I have the same problem as yours, 10 year old account and I'm 35 years old, zero responses, they mark it as solved but they don't respond to the ticket
