Disabled for being "Underaged"

It's been 3 weeks now since my main account has been disabled, the account has been disabled since February 13th. I have been making multiple requests to discord support for further help. Yesterday I made a ticket about my account and got a response from Christoph from the general support team telling me to make a request, I did. Since then I only had my requests left as solved or either viewed by Nelly. I don't know if Nelly is a real person or a bot, but it would be better if it actually responds to tickets like Clyde. This is my first account that has been falsely disabled for being underaged, yet i provided my id, a picture of me and my discord username on a piece of paper. I don't like the lack of response from the discord staff team i know there is other people including myself dealing with this situation. Now I do understand that the discord staff are likely covering a lot right now and have a lot on their hands, my main frustration lies with lack of response or my requests being marked as solved when is nothing was actually done.
