How long would disabled account appeal takes for reported underage takes?

My discord account got disabled due to someone that I know on a server reporting me being under 13 despite for joking about it. Suspecting multiple people reporting me as a joke.

I've already appealed with id, about an hour ago. How long does it usually take for support to take actions and is there any way to speed up the whole process?

I have a lot of stuff and private information, including work were stored on messages of my discord account, so I need to get it back asap.

*EDITED* Just found out that making multiple appeal tickets is bad, I wish I've made further research before submitting multiple tickets as I just want to update a little bit of information regarding my current situation.
