How long does it take for appeal a disabled account

a week ago my account got disabled for no reason and I made an appeal to discord, they still have not gotten back to me and I am wondering how long does it take for them to respond

    Mine got disabled yesterday because I said I was 7 (sarcasm). I guess we just gotta wait and see
