Hacked account and haven't even gotten support about it yet

So i've basically been sitting and waiting for it to not be disabled anymore.
I know support has been slow as of late so I'm hoping to get some feedback and help soon.

but it's not looking good for your boy lads and ladies.

    If you get a bot response saying they won't reinstate your account, its gg. Basically if the hacker runs rampant on your account breaking TOS regardless of all the proof you provide, they won't remove the ban.

    Slimthereaper thats the thing. I get bot responses to explain more and then i do and it gets marked as solved. If the hacker really still has my account then i guess imma lose my account soon then. 

    It's just super annoying when you get punished for doing nothing at all.

    Hey there, fellow victim here. Just trying to spread this around.

    From what I've gathered, discord is skating on thin ice with its investors as nitro + boosts alone haven't been able to support server upkeep + wages.

    They laid off 10% of their staff in January, which includes a lot of the trust and safety team. Bundle the numerous false flags by the automod system in and you end up with the atrocious response times.

    hello, I got banned for being ‘under aged’ which im not. I sent a picture proof and been waiting for a week, the request got marked solved and nothing changed.

    At that point your account is prob deleted and banned now. Sorry friend. Nothing you can do at thos point. I just hope mine is the same way.

    Yeah there is a discord hacking spree going on either servers and people taking advantage of the new age rule and restriction which can be manipulated and used against users instead of actually helping them. It's annoying. 

     

    And update to yall. Still nothing i hope what Alpha said is right but also don't cause its still incompetentence at the end of the day.

    You know, i wish they just delete account… But no. Hackers just yesterday joined accound again and tried to buy gift nitro. I really more and more wish they just delete my account, because i dont want to lose 2 of my servers(((
