my account got disabled for no reason and discord won’t bring it back

My account got disabled for no reason i tried submitting tickets to these people and they won’t let me “reinstate it” and it’s so annoying because i didn’t even do anything wrong and i never got a warning or violation of terms of service why does discord just disable my account  forever it’s so stupid and i don’t know what to do i don’t want to lose my account i’ve had for 5 years this is so stupid.

    I would open a ticket but don't hold any hope, I opened mine a week ago and they still haven't got back to me

    I got hacked too. My account was sold. This is literally the zendesk account for the discord account too. It’s been 2 months, almost 3. They’ve done absolutely nothing. I honestly think you should make a complaint to the better business bureau. I honestly feel a class action law suit coming for how terrible support is.

    I'm facing a situation akin to what's described on this site, and I could really use some help. My Discord account got disabled for violating the Terms of Service, and I've sent in an appeal to the support team. I made sure to include all the required information, gave a clear explanation, and attached any pertinent evidence to back my case. However, I haven't heard back from them yet, and it's been quite a while. I realize that support teams deal with a large number of appeals, but I'm becoming worried about the approaching 10-day deletion period.
