Discord Support Marking My Ticket As Solved

Hello, it has almost been a month since I was wrongfully disabled for being under 13. I sent in an appeal not too long after I was disabled, I waited patiently for about 14 days and finally got a reply. I thought my issue was solved and I could get my account back but all the support member did was tell me why I was disabled (which I already knew and I already sent my ID to prove I was over 13!), my ticket was marked as solved and I opened it back up and resent prove of me being over 13. Since then my ticket has been being marked as solved after not even a day, I keep trying to open it back up but it gets marked at solved with no reason. What can I do? My account will be permanently disabled in 1-2 days and I spent a lot of money on my account, do I make a new ticket? Someone please help.
