Account hacked on 03/17. No help of any kind
Got got like a sucker, submitted a ticket promptly with evidence. Useless discord struck like lightning.
Ticket # they left open is 43874879. They closed the others. I'm out 55 bucks on the nitro renewal in february, and it's just been an abysmal shitshow. Most I know to do at this is make a post or 2 a day in the thread and nothing changes. Worse customer service than bank of america crossbred with popeyes.
Whatever manglement they've got needs a swift foot in the ass with a sharp spike on the front. I want my account back for the simple reason of it being mine. How hard is it?

Quick note, careful with making too many tickets or spam them anywhere daily. Everytime you make a new ticket you get put In the back of the queue, and the queue Is MASSIVE atm. I got hacked 2 months ago and Is still waiting for a reply just to give you an Idea.
I know this sucks but the best you can do Is just make 1 ticket and give It as much Info as you can then just be patient and wait It out, otherwise you might never get a reply. That's sadly the reality of this department nowdays.1 -
The funny thing is I already did the multiple tickets before finding this out. Guess I'll sit on my evidence and hope for a class action lawsuit :)

Welp, my stolen account was deleted, either by discord goons or the hacker himself. Shame I havent gotten a refund for that nitro subscription I got use of for 20 days before my account was stolen from me, and that 1 month and 1 day later it's gone with the wind
