Appeal is taking to long

hello discord community i have not to long ago been disabled for alleged spamming when i dont recall spamming anyone or anything i made a ticket explaining it and i still have not gotten a reply funny thing is i logged onto a wrong account and made a ticket because i did not sign into my support account when i made the ticket at first so i signed into my account but only thing is it was not the email connected i made a ticket stating that and i got a Clyde message seeing that discord has indeed looked at my ticket witch can only hope discord looked at my origanal one aswell so now i have logged into the support account the discord account is linked and i forgot to look at my activities still thinking that my ticket did not go through and made a new one i made 2 of them by mistake but then a day later they were both closed/aka solved but with no reply that was 2 days ago so they have seen my ticket and appeal but still has not responded with there choice on re enabling my account this is pretty upsetting since ive been a loyal truthful and held up a nitro subscription as well to the discord community hell even gifted nitro to my friends ive been loyal and active on discord only to be wrongfully disabled or me making a mistake and discord taking to long to see that it was a mistake or somthing i did that i was unaware i could be disabled for im scared that my discord account will be deleted and ill never have the chance to contact some of the greatest friends ive made over this app but ill stick to trusting discord and there team and keep waiting and hope that my account will be reinstated

    Yeah… mfsshadow , They won't reinstate your account for some reason that it “Broke TOS and Community Guidelines”. If it said that, well sorry to say this but you got caught in the Anti-Spam Filter and they won't do anything about it now, I have been waiting from them and when they responded, it was a simple copy-paste. DIscord Support is a joke!

    oh yes i fully agree how could such a wealthy company be so rude and unfair to there users especially to the ones who give them money and there salary by buying nitro just for them to sit at a desk and stare at a computer screen and ban people for no reason then not be able to be appealed i fully agree discord support is a joke
