    I got an automated reply after @clefairy send me a message stating the issue was escalated.

    Trust and safety team sent a message with this in bold underlined font.

    Beyond our original support regarding this issue, we're unable to provide additional information or support via this channel.

    I'm not sure what to make of that. It seems like Discord either just auto closes any and all claims with zero resolution, or they have someone inside helping the hackers

    Haven't heard from them in 2 months lol. Every ticket but one is closed so I have to wait if this one will ever get a response.

    Your ticket still open even after 2 months? They always solved my ticket in every a week and I have to send another ticket every week. The support is a joke and a disguise for their lack professionality.

    Yeah lol. I haven't heard from them, no responses. I got a bot telling me that my account email that got hacked was being used for another account which is blatantly false. When I said that wasn't true, I have not gotten 1 response and every ticket since has been closed. Discord as great as some of these perks are is just a cash grab. I can't wait to find something that'll be better with a better support than 95% bots.
