Discord is ignoring my appeals for age updates

About 5 days ago my account was disabled due to the rule that I was under 13, I filed an appeal for age updates, they answered me and said that the date of birth was not visible in the photo, then I redid the photo and sent it again, and now it’s already 3 days they ignore me, on appeals there is a checkmark that it was completed, but this is not so
