Banned underage account

Hello, recently my account got banned for being “underage” which is false. I am way over 13 and I sent them my ID in multiple tickets already and every single one gets marked as “solved”by Mollusk and Nelly mostly but my account is still banned and I can't do anything about it.

 

Anyone has a good suggestion on what I could do ?

    I got no comments lol, it's all marked as solved but I got 0 interactions with discord support
