Hackers love ignoring Discord support for its users
This was on 4/11 and I clicked on a link that was very similar to a real gift in Steam. After clicking, a window opened in the browser and it was closed immediately. Then I was logged out of Discord without my will and I tried to log in again, but the computer was very very slow to take any action, and about 10 minutes later i received a message to change the password, and i knew that i was being hacked, i actually changed the password by myself and logged back in again, and i found authentication methods that i had not used before, such as the security key and the back-up code, the opposite of what i used to log in, such as by phone number and the Windows Pin, email, and Google authentication. i was certain that I had been hacked when i found out that they were asking me for 8 numbers, while Google authentication had 6 numbers and the device was slow and there was a message to change the password, then I tried to talk to support and found that they were not doing anything other than sending automatic messages or asking me to evaluate their service without responding to my problem in the first place. I thought about the matter and found that the number of hackers was increasing day by day, because support was not interested in helping anyone, even after I had proven everything with pictures and codes even Google authenticated and its codes are with me and they still work on the phone and I will not stop returning my account because this is my right

God forbid they admit they don't want to do their jobs or ever give a shit about their users.

I also get no explanation why my account was disabled, they don't answer the phone, they don't answer tickets, my tickets are marked as solved, and the rare responses I got from support was automated messages with no explanation and total rejection of my appeals. I'm deeply disappointed and I have never experienced worse customer service since.
As a side note, I have found this news article, someone sent to me, as a possible explanation of why discord issues indiscriminate bans, perhpas it's a panic response to this situation:
