Account disabled for underage and showing solved to appeals. Yet no reply.

I am an 18 year old guy, discord disabled my account because i said that  “i am a 10 year old” jokingly in a server. It wasn't even jokingly like i am actually a 10yo, my friend actually sent an ss of chat gpt telling it to explain like i am a 10 year old and what i did was just reply to her like “i am a 10 year old😭” as i was laughing and the next morning that i see is my account disabled for being underage. It's been 4 days since ive submitted my first appeal. I mistakenly did not submit a proper appeal at first and they replied saying something is missing. Then after that i submitted a proper one with my face, id card and username. Just in a day it showed as “solved” i thought they'll reply later but it's been 3 days already and I've gotten no reply from them.  I don't wanna lose this precious account. I actually don't even care about my account but her voice messages. I don't wanna lose them. I beg discord to please check my appeal and enable my account. This morning I've opened the same appeal. I hope they enable my account soon. If there's anyone who can help me enable my account I'll really appreciate your help. 

Sadly I don't remember my old username which used to be with digits but I've written my new username in the picture i submitted to them. And also my picture on the id card is of my childhood. I hope it doesn't get in the way. Because my DOB is properly shown in it.

    Same thing happened to me, but I don't remember joking about being underage. They just auto solve my tickets with no undisabling of any account. I don't know if Discord Support actually exists :/

    Same thing. Discord mods didn't do anything. although I filed appeals and tried to justify the fact that I was over 13 years old, the moderators were like “No. We don’t care.”

    Just keep a single appeal open. With proper information. And if it gets solved, reply to the same one and open it again. You'll get your account soon!
