Discord Banned My Account For A Year !! Fix Your Support System

SO 4 days ago discord disabled my account due to underage violence and after 4 days of waiting they fixed it and when i tried to login into my account they said i need to reset my password, and so i did… and then when i tried to login after resetting the password i couldn't login because they banned my account for 1 YEAR !! 
when i try to request a ticket for ‘appeal and update age information’  ‘nelly’ the bot keeps closing my ticket, even when i try to request a ticket in ‘help and support’ they just tell me to request a ticket as appeal and update age information’ like HOW i cant ! your dumb system wont let me….

    My account is also been disabled for five days now, and despite reaching out for help through support tickets, I'm hitting a dead end. Nelly is also closing my tickets, and I'm left feeling completely stuck. It's beyond frustrating—I'm worried and unsure of what to do next. I'm also really struggling here.
