Main account hacked and disabled and today got email with my Data Package?

My main account was hacked for short period where the guy managed to buy 2 nitro gifts and I did a chargeback for them through paypal for the money. In the same day, discord disabled my account because i broke ToS with the chargebacks. Now after 3 days of waiting, i got an E-mail from discord with my personal info data? Anyone has any idea what this means?

    Idk dude I'm under the assumption that if you do a charge back, you don't get your account back. They probably get upset that they didn't get your money, even if it was a hacker. Doesn't fit in with their “you gave us money F*@# you customer” policy. I hate this.

    I bet that's why they so slow dealing with hacked accounts, they love the money they getting from hackers purchasing $H!T with your money.
