Support has shown no response to my ticket since last week.
In the last two days, the support team seems to have ignored my ticket. I've asked for help, but have not received any response or acknowledgement. This lack of interest is frustrating and also impacts my ability to solve the problem efficiently. It is disappointing to see such a lack of concern for my concerns. This is especially true when timely assistance to ensure smooth system operation is critical. I hope that this problem will be resolved quickly to avoid any further disruptions.

I've switch to Revolt Chat. They have better moderation system and nitro features for free.
