Account disable due to Age restriction check

After I submitted my photo with my ID card and my discord user ID and discord username(old and new one), I am sure that I proved myself as over 13.

My account is still disabled, this is a serious problem that everyone can just click a button to disable any Discord account.

Before the disable, I am sure that my birthday stated I am legal to use discord.
I think the most reasonable reportable message in my account is any number I type in any server.
For example I need to tell the others how many items do we need, then I tell then “5” as response.
This message can be reported as account user telling that he/she/it is 5.

This is a serious problem that everyone can now easily ban other discord user from using discord, any destroying every user's precious record.

I sincerely hope this problem can be fixed soon.

btw the 3 confirms are gone and I suppose it's the reason why my request are being ignored, the 3 confirms can't be confirmed by users now.

    I submit ticket 3 day but they still ignore me.So I decide make a Tag #FixDiscordSuppor on Twitte.

    I leave comments on their any social media post with the tag.  

     I think If there are enough messages, it should attract their attention.

    btw when I send email to confirm why I was reported, that request was instantly "solved" by Nelly
