Account hacked and used to give gifts. Discord autocloses my tickets

Just positing another story of this. Much like others have reported. Account hacked. Hacker used my linked payal to give out a bunch of gifts, Trust and Safety closes ticket with no real response or resolution with the ole

it is logging in from what looks to be from someone in Europe, I am in the US.  The account email address, phone ,and 2fa were changed at the same time. This should all obviously indicate it was stolen.

I have had my account for 9 years, and been paying for nitro for nearly as long as it has been available. this is the support I get.

    Same here. :| Been nearly 3 weeks since my account was hacked, still waiting. I never get mad or upset with companies, because usually they have some presence of caring, but they literally ignore everyone with these issues and its ridiculous.

    Same here. Trying to reach the support team for 2 months, and each of my 8 tickets got closed with the same response. If you havent done so james I would log into my paypal account if I were you and cancel the connection to your discord account. Or at least write paypal support, as they seem to actually care, in contrast to trust & safety. sorry to hear you lost money in the process
