Discord support is useless ?

So i got banned of Discord because in a group chat ( with friends only ) i said im 7 by being ironic but i didnt knew discord was now banning for this but ok , i got perm banned and i try to contact discord support and then they asked me to send a picture of me ( selfie + id + my username ) what i did and i live in france legal age is 16 and im turning 17 in less then a month so basically i respect T.O.S , support wont answer to my request no more , i just feel like if u send all they need they wont unban u cuz they dont want to. if a mod or someone see this can help me since i just bought yearly nitro boost on it aswell. thanks
