Help with Discord age appeal and account deletion times

My account was wrongly disabled on the 14th of last month for "being underage". My first two requests I submitted did not meet requirements, as discord would not accept the paper version of my State ID (The only ID I had at the time). My Card State ID has arrived in the mail, and I've submitted a new verification photo with it, however have not received a response in almost a week (for that verification photo, my main appeal ticket has not been responded to in 2.5 weeks). I've heard that accounts become fully and permanently disabled after a month, and I'm now freaking out, as if that's true I'm about to loose my account of 7 years. If the policy is true, I have only 4 days to regain access to my account before it is disabled.

I have 7 whole years of memories, photos, and and contact with friends (two of which have passed away and since I only ever knew them through discord, all of my DMs with them will be gone) that I may never be able to access again, and I don't know wtf I'd do if it came to that. Anything I can do to avoid this fate for my discord account?

Do I need to send my new verification photo with the Card State ID in the support ticket directly?

    Solved! For anyone else struggling to get a response, if your first proof of age was denied, send your next proof of age when you do have the required info directly in the Discord email ticket, instead of in the form provided in the first email. As soon as I did so, I received a response within hours. I also responded directly to the first email sent in the ticket rather than the most recent one. I don't know if that affects it, but worth a try if you're struggling.
