5 month ticket and still no reply, and i am owed compensation

greetings, i am curious on why i have not gotten a reply from support in over 5 months on a ticket asking for all information on my account ,which was wrongfully terminated by discord after being hacked, and in same ticket asking for all data be removed, as i am officially no longer an end user. 

further, as per my lawyer, he said i am likely going to win my upcoming civil suit pertaining to this, and will likely be owed at least, based on current statutes or whatever its called, around 700 usd in small claims court, not including possible punitive damages,  since he said my case of discrimination and corporate protections failure or whatever it is called is rock solid.

as i dont need the money, nor wanna invest time into this more than i have, i will ask publicly this time: what data of mine is on record for discord, and can all of it be deleted from your systems and sales ect, since i am not a user by your discords own choice.

there will be a three day grace period from the time i post this before i tell my lawyer to proceed with any form of court related stuff, and unless i am personally summoned for any reason, i will love getting the money, plus possible punitive damages without setting foot in a courthouse. :)

and just to confirm, is the address court documents will be sent to accurate and as follows: San Francisco, 444 De Haro Street, United States?

thanks in advance for any info and i hope this information issue is resolved soon, though i would personally love to see discord submit in court.
