Discord is Not Worth it anymore

I got my account compromised and I submitted a ticket almost 2 months ago. It's been a long wait and I even had to cancel my credit card. Now i'm being told they cant do anything even with the mountains of evidence that I've provided and my friends in danger of being compromised. I don't know why they even have a Ticket system for compromised accounts if they Don't fix it. And im sure this wouldn't happen to a big name youtuber. 

Discord has users who daily get compromised, make them spend weeks worrying and gathering info while others in there friend groups are in danger then do NOTHING for you after you wait. It's just not worth using discord anymore

    Makes me wonder why there havent had any lawsuits against them yet. This kind of support neglection has cost users (paying nitro users) thousands of dollars and valuable informations now accessible to the whole world thanks to account selling. 
    Worst part is that you cant even get the old account deleted. At this point I dont even want my account back, I just want it deleted because it has so much information about me. You can report messages but cant report an account for being fake or using my identity. But I could report an account if they mis-gendered someone. Absolute clown company.

    wait you can report an account for misgendering someone and get them disabled, but you CANT for impersonation????? isnt that LITERALLY illegal?

    yupp, you can report an user for single comments/messages for harassment, which includes misgendering these days, but not for impersonation. I think they can do it because its written down in discords TOS somewhere
