Discord Support being lazy

I was hacked by this “I accidentally reported your account” scam for a few months, I showed proof that I couldn't login or use the reset password option to get my original account back. Yet after 2 days, marked as solved and all I get is this. Meanwhile I saw a few other victims managed to get it back. I already sent in like, 5. 

I feel furious at this point. I need to know how to get a response that they revert my email back, even though there is this

    been waiting a week for CS to get back with me on a server ownership transfer issue. yeah its bad.
