I can't log in to my account / I don't receive emails

Today, I decided to open Discord and suddenly I was logged out of all my accounts on my phone, computer, app and browser.
When I try to log in, I get the 1st error below. It says reset your password to log in.
I tried the reset method via SMS, the code comes to the phone, but when I enter it, it gives the error in the 2nd SS. But the e-mail is not coming either.
When I reset via e-mail, it gives the 3rd warning and the e-mail never arrives.
I checked the inbox, spam box etc. but there is nothing.
I think your servers crashed due to the distributed Nitros.

Can you please help me get my account back?
